Brewing and storage
For a filter-brew starting point, use about 18 g of coffee to 300 g of water and match the grind to your brewer. If the cup tastes thin or sharply sour, try a slightly finer grind; if it tastes dry or bitter, try a little coarser. Change one variable at a time. Keep the coffee sealed in a cool, dry place, and grind whole beans just before brewing.
